Well it’s another one of those weeks where you hope the work you put in gets you the reward that you want and it just didn’t happen for me. On Monday, Doc (My trainer) and I talked and of course it was all about not eating after 7pm. So I haven’t since. When I got on the scale Monday after the weekend, It was up to almost 306lbs. So I was able to get it back down to 302.5 for today’s weigh in but that’s it. I trained my big muscle groups everyday, Hit a boot camp everyday and got in two OTF classes so far this week. My carbs were low, my protein solid and nothing. Am I doing too much?
I woke up around 4 – 4:30am this week for no reason. I have been going to bed early for me but I am also trying my best to get 8 hours sleep in. So I am doing everything right. Who knows. I’ll see what Doc says when I get to the gym. Gotta keep my head up.
I think I am going to increase my calories a little and not do as many 3 a days for a week or two and see if that will kick start my metabolism back up.
I had a good weekend at the shore. I got out on the wave runners twice. Saw a shit ton of dolphins on one of the rides and even got to go cart a little. I didn’t drink too much but when I am a the shore I am also not getting my gallon of water in. I’ll have to work on that.
I thought once I lost the 100lbs I set out to do my head would get straight but it’s really hard to do. You work and you work and you pay the price and sometimes it just doesn’t balance out. I knew I was going to plateau again. I just didn’t think it was going to be this bad.
I am on vacation in Wildwood next week. The game plan so far is to hit the gym once a day and keep up with my workouts. I have been writing down everything Doc has me do this week so I’ll have it to go by. I am going to continue to try and not eat after 7 as best that I can. I see a lot of early bird specials in my future. And I am going to stay as active as I can. My goal right now is to get under 300 while on vacation and get my ass on that helicopter.
