I want to write an inspiring.. beautiful blog this week but I am kinda pissed. It seems that I kinda have a good week then a stay the same week and it basically happens over and over again. So I lost about 5 pounds in the last two weeks. I am down to 375lbs from my original start on January 6th of 411. It took me 8 weeks but I lost 36 pounds or so. I know I should be jumping for joy but I am not wired that way. WTF. Guess what? I walked almost 25 miles last week. I killed myself to walk 4 miles or so a day. I could barely walk Friday but I muddled along and got it done. I even went Saturday and added another 3 miles. I just did it. So maybe I think to myself, I haven’t had a soda in 8 weeks. I’ve been drinking pretty much nothing but water, I’ve cut my booze intake down drastically… Last week I shook things up by walking like a mad man and still nothing crazy… So I don’t know what the answer is this week. Well I know something.. You just have to keep moving forward…. That really is all we can do…
So I go to Franklin Mills and walk every morning. All of a sudden as I walk every morning more people say hello, and now many of them are cheering me on asking me how I’m doing how , much weight I’ve lost how far I’m walking… I try not to get cranky about it cause they stop me so often but it is what it is… It’s nice to be talked to….. Someday soon that will be me…
So let’s talk about a few good things. here is a photo I let Lilly snap yesterday at the studio. 8 weeks in. I’ll try and post one every month from now on, maybe on a bad week it will help me find the good things in there..
I can see a big difference. Same pants. So you can see where they are baggy. I think you can click the photo to see it bigger too.

So how am I going to shake things up this week? I bought a Groupon for Dan Campos Fitness. Dan came to my house about 6 years ago and helped me work out. He was great. So I am going to go to his boot camps. We’ll see how it works out. he says they will modify it for me. So I’ll just do the best that I can and see if working different areas of my body can help with the fat burn etc. Keep checking my twitter cause I am sure I’ll have a lot to say….
