I went out last night with some friends and it was a good time. I had about 4 Vodka and waters… 254 calories. The bad thing was that after a few hours in the casino I was starving and ended up buying a Snickers bar. It was the closest thing to protein I could get quick. I know it was bad but I had the calories so I didn’t and won’t beat myself up about it. But I had one so I am confessing it here 🙂 I already confessed to the lose it app! It doesn’t hate me either.
I did not hit goal last night. Below you can see how by day ended.
You can see calories burned and steps etc….. Not so good. Not sure why. I was trying.
Here is where we are today 🙂 GOALLLLLLLLL!!
You can see over 1200 calories burned on top of what my body needs usually to run it. I hit my goal at 6pm and have walked 6700 steps already today. Well what changed.
I went to the mall and got a lot of it in walking but not enough. I came home and rested a little and while dinner was being cooked I said screw it and went into my Comcast On Demand and found a “walk a mile” one in the fitness section and it wasn’t my favorite but I made after another 20 minute work out. #boom
I didnt’ think I was going to get there today and to be honest I was a little bummed that I didn’t get it yesterday. So I just told myself that I had to do it. And I must have convinced myself.
I had a great dinner tonight too. 2.5 ounces of Flank Steak and a backed potato. I am still working on my protein. It’s only 8pm and still early 🙂
Tomorrow is D-Day. I’ll be weighing in when I wake up!
