Woke up this morning and weighted in at 333.0 – That’s 2 pounds lost this week. I’ll take it.
Went to the specialist this morning and was told that my arm was healing and that I could resume my work outs and what not and to take it easy for two more weeks. No problem. It’s time to get back to it in the morning.
So I’ll get up in the morning, get my walk in and then hit boot camp 🙂
22 pounds to goal. Let’s get there. I’d love to get there by the end of November. Time to amp this shit up! Do you have any ideas? Feel free to comment or offer ideas.
