I woke up and got on the run today. It’s after 11 and I am whopped. Let me tell you a little about what I did today then… I did not make Fuelband goal today. I was about 500 off. It said that I naturally took off 937 calories and walked 4428 steps today.
I took in 2400 calories today and Was still 658 calories under what it wanted me to get.
I sucked down 259 grams of protein today. It was 40% of my intake. I had to suck down a lot of protein in shakes and bars today. That’s what I think makes my carbs rise. So I think I’ll be heading to a sport shop to look for some lower carb solutions when I have time.
I had a gig tonight and it was fine. I realized that blackened chicken breast really isn’t my friend. So I was glad that I had some protein shakes with me. I think I seemed very hungry today for sure.
I haven’t had any soda, booze or iced tea since the weekend. I had a small coffee today but that’s really it for caffeine. I have been getting my water down thought.
I have a long day at the studio tomorrow. I will pack a few things for the studio.
I have a collection of bottles in my front seat!
