So the 10 days is up and I will get right to it. I lost 6 pounds why was hoping to lose a little more than that I am okay with it. It was a really good challenge to see that I could stick to it, but it definitely showed me that I do not eat enough if I don’t stick to my macros. I will post the inches that I lost in the graphic to the left so you can check it out. I don’t think the modern man is built to live a life without sugar or coffee. The one take away is that I really do like Ezekiel bread at this point I will continue to use it daily. I definitely want to cut down on my flour, processed breads and food. Going to try and make a conscious effort to avoid GMO’s in my vegetables and do keep pushing forward this way.
So I think it was a success, it definitely focused me for sure. I am in no rush to do it for 30 days although it might be nice to do in September when you are detoxing your body from the hell you put it through in the summer.
I am enjoying my workouts at One More Rep very much. I love that the 10am workouts have strength training and a HIIT workout incorporated. This week I worked out in three gyms. But it keeps things fresh quite honestly. I did HIIT workouts, I lifted, I went to Cardio Kickboxing. It was great.
I don’t have too much to say quite honestly. I am just chugging along there. In the end that’s all you can do.
