Well let me tell you I missed last weeks blog. I am sure you didn’t care either way but it’s been a hellish month at the Sicilia ranch. I was at 49 pounds lost on March 31st. I am now at 56.4. Ive lost maybe 5 pounds this whole month. And it’s really freaking frustrating. 90% of everything that goes in my mouth is high protein. I am still not drinking sugared drinks. I am doing my thing. I go to boot camp at least 4 days a week. I walk and make sure I hit my activity goal everyday. Something has to give.
There are 4 weeks tilll Memorial Day. I had really in my head hoped to have been at 70 pounds lost by then. Even though my goal of losing 100 pounds really isn’t up until January 6 of 2015. I never dreamed I’d be working this hard. But I am and I won’t stop. Something will click. Something will change. I’ve had a few drinks… Now I am going to cut even that out for the next two weeks to see what happens. Something’s gotta give.
a few days ago I hit 100 straight days of reaching my activity goals. I still can’t believe that I did it. 100 straight days. Me!
It’s 4 weeks till Memorial Day. I am at 356.8 this morning. 54 pounds lost. I am going to shoot for a 15 pound goal. Memorial Day Thursday I’d like to be. Screw it. Let’s work even harder for something and see how close we can get. FTW!
