So here we are again, celebrated my birthday on Saturday had a really good time. This week I have upped my fitness even more than ever. But unfortunately that didn’t show on the scale. I did however 19 anyway. I was exactly the same way as I was last week. So now I am stuck at 23.5 pounds lost since January 6, 2014. I am walking at least 2 or 3 miles every day without any breaks. I am consistently under my calorie intake. I am doing my best with Smartfood decisions. I just get very hungry later in the evening. So to say that I am a little frustrated is putting it mildly.
So out of five weeks I’ve stayed the same two of the five weeks. So now what do I do?
I just keep moving forward. What else is there to do? I will watch what I eat try to balance my calories and keep working out. I was going to add weights this week but I think I’ll wait till I lose one more week. By then most of the New Year’s resolution crazy people at the gym will have moved on.
Are you that I can’t give you any more uplifting words of advice today. This week is just going to start a little bit on the forblah side me. But I will turn around. I always do. It’s all you can do.
So how do I bust out of this plateau?
