You can tell sometimes when I had an off week because I am not racing to blog or tell everyone anything. And in hindsight it shouldn’t be this way or that bad.
I went up 3 pounds this week for some odd reason. Which is weird cause I worked my ass off. So I was back at 302.3 yesterday morning. So I was upset but I didn’t really have time to think about it cause I had to get dressed and meet my mom and sister in Mays Landing NJ for a family matter.
So let me just recap what I can remember at this point. I ate chicken taco meat for a few meals. I am trying very hard to not eat after 7pm but it’s fucking hard with my lifestyle. I need late night energy especially on the weekends. But I am going to do my best to eat dinner later this upcoming week. I eat too early. That I know.
I went to OTF 3 times this week as well as bootcamp 2x and did all my muscle groups with Doc in three days so I could come down to the shore. I really watched my calories and thought I kicked ass. The scale just didn’t show it.
But let me tell you about a few non-scale victories. I went down the slide to my pool. I have never gone down the slide to my pool. I had to do it a few times over two days because I didn’t believe it myself.
I had a great time on the beach with my nieces.
I bought XL Hanes tagless underwear. Colored. 9 pack at sams. They fit awesome. My junk is very happy.
I rode my bike for over 10 miles today in Wildwood and could have kept going if I didn’t have a show tonight as was afraid of my legs sucking.
I got into size 42 jeans the other day. I was a 46 in June when I bought my last pair. They have to be a loose fit or my legs and junk aren’t happy. But they fit.
So am I going to cry over the 3 lbs? No But I have to get under it so I can go up in the helicopter next week. Speaking of that. Last night I was walking, trying to decide what to have for dinner on the boardwalk and I saw the prettiest rainbow. And there were two things that I took a picture of it with. The picture on the right shows where the helicopter takes off from. Pretty cool huh? The other photo I’ll put below.
I posted a transformation Tuesday. And I wasn’t really ready for the 80 plus comments and 580 likes. Holy crap. I know I have a lot of friends but it was overwhelming. I was just adding photos to my Journey folder on Facebook. I think sometimes photographs might be better than the sale. A picture can’t lie. It’s brutal most of the time. I have a great people all around me. I think the photo shocked a lot of people.
So listen. I am at the shore. I am heading to play in AC in a few minutes. On Monday, I’ll be up at 4:45am and heading to bootcamp. I’ll go home and fuel up and then head to Docs. We’ll come up with a game plan. I’ll kick this shits ass this month. I am not afraid. I am not backing down. I will continue. This journey is for a lifetime.
