If I only could…..
I was so excited last week. And then I got sick. And even with snot running down my face.. I pushed myself and my walks more and more. I ended the week in a great position…. Walked almost 17 miles last week… then I step on the scale and nothing.
So I what do you do. I lost 6 pounds last week. If I lose 12 pounds a month, that is still pretty amazing right? I’ve hit my Nike goal almost 45 days in a row…. Maybe I should just say fuck it and go to KFC for lunch. I have been dying for some fried skin. Crunchy.
No that’s not my style. Well it could be… But it won’t be. I don’t think I ate enough last week. Even at 2300 calories I wasn’t getting close to 2000 most days. I did try to keep my protein up every day. Must not have been enough. So I’ll tweak this…. tweak that.. i am going to try and walk 4 miles a day starting tonight… And hit 20 miles by Friday. I can do it.
So with that.. I’ll sign off today. I am not feeling all that motivating…. Hopefully I can put this sickness inside me to rest soon and my body will adjust itself and I can get back on track.
