So somehow it all just clicked this week. I lost a little over 5 pounds and and am now officially under the 370 mark. Seems like forever ago that I was 411lbs. But in weight loss its not a long time. 10 weeks. Over 40 pounds. 42.5 to be exact cause I mean come on a 1/2 a pound is a 1/2 a pound. It has not been easy. I have cravings like everyone else. I get sick of chicken like everyone else. I don’t really care if anyone notices, I notice. I know what my body is doing. That in the end is the important part. All you can do is keep moving forward.
I am 8 pounds from my 1st 50 pounds. I’ll be working hard this week just to get myself even closer. Last week I went to bootcamp 3 times again. I am not as sore as I was last week. I also still walk every day. Not as much on boot camp days but still walking. Still trying to get it. I am trying to eat more during the day. A bigger breakfast… dinner is always very reasonable so I have to get it while I can. I still have not had soda or sweetened drinks since the beginning. I do miss it. I know how bad it is for you but I don’t even want diet Dew or anything diet. I’m trying to stay away from it completely.
I had a pair of jeans I bought before the new year that was still in the bag and decided to take them back on Friday. Exchange them for a smaller size. I jumped down 2 pant sizes. It was the most amazing feeling. I am usually crying to myself in the dressing room so it’s a big change in my life. I was so excited that I had to take a selfie and post it on IG. Yes I am now the selfie king. It’s nice to be down a shirt size too.
So what are this weeks goals? A little more calorie intake. More protein. And I am just going to keep doing what I am doing. I’d love to get some personal training but I can’t afford it right now so I’ll just keep doing what I am doing.
